Led Meta and TikTok paid social offline conversion events, Conversions API, and Pixel integrations, working directly with engineering to repair degraded signal quality in a regulated industry. Layered on regression and ML (random forest, neural nets, decision trees) to confirm which signals actually mattered, added third-party audience integrations via Oracle and LiveRamp coordinated through Salesforce, and ran holdout market tests to validate incrementality before scaling spend. Result: an estimated $5M of the $10M+ in profitable revenue came directly from that measurement rebuild.
Managed $1M+ in monthly ad spend, led a team of paid social managers, and drove 300,000+ Facebook followers and 365,000+ email leads over the role.
